Hello. Me and my wife are interested in purchasing a manufactured home and doing a possible 800 sq ft addition to the home to make it new and sizable enough to fit our family. Is there any concerns with doing a major remodel like this to a manufactured home that I should be aware of? If there is a better sub to put this in let me know
