Are there trades that pay more than line work?

For reference, I’m in California.
It’s obviously no secret that becoming a lineman will allow for people to earn $150k+ with some linemen in California even earning as much as $300k with OT. That of course means that the trade is beyond saturated in the areas where becoming a lineman is worth it (especially California since you’re not having to fix lines in negative degree weather during winters).
So I was just curious, are there other trades where you can earn $70+/hour and also have the ability to earn even more with overtime? Or have the ability to start your own business? I’m trying to figure out what trade to get into but it seems like everywhere I turn out here in California, they’re all saturated. Lineman? Saturated. Electrical union? Saturated. Service plumbing? Saturated. HVAC? Saturated. And it seems like everything else doesn’t pay anyone enough to live. It’s insane and I’m tired of it so I wasn’t sure if there were maybe lesser known trades that allow for people to make a healthy living.
